Luba Diasamidze is a certified executive and team coach, holding the Certified MentorCoach (CMC) credential and PCC credential with ICF. With a background in Linguistics and educational management, Diasamidze specializes in positive psychology and character strengths interventions. They are trained in various assessments like DiSC, VIA Strengths, TKI, and EQ-i 2.0.

As the founder and director of UpThink Coaching in China, Diasamidze designs and delivers leadership development programs integrating coaching principles.
