Loyal's journey began when he studied computer science at the University of Victoria. Following his graduation, he went on to co-found Netimage Media and Emenus.ca Communications Inc. His impressive career includes working in senior roles at Blast Radius and Disney Interactive, The Walt Disney Company.

In 2015, Loyal founded Screener Technologies Inc, which he successfully ran as CEO. In 2020, he joined Sauce Labs Inc as their Senior Director of Product Management. Loyal's leadership and expertise have been instrumental in driving the growth of both companies.
