Yeoh Chen Chow is a prominent figure in the fintech industry, known for co-founding Fave, a leading loyalty platform in South East Asia. Fave, under his leadership, has facilitated the digitization of a multitude of local businesses across various sectors such as restaurants, cafes, retailers, spas, beauty and wellness studios, service providers, tourist attractions, and hotels in South East Asia and India. Through Fave, businesses have access to a range of services including multi-payment acceptance, customer acquisition strategies like vouchers, deals, and e-cards, loyalty programs, cashback incentives, buy now pay later options, analytics tools, and customer review management. Notably, Fave acquired three Groupon subsidiaries in South East Asia -- Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia. Prior to his role at Fave, Yeoh was deeply involved in the operational and product management aspects of well-known companies like Groupon, JobStreet.com, and Accenture. He holds a B.Sc. in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Cornell University and has a background in mentoring, youth empowerment, and angel investing in early-stage startups in the region.
