Louise Duncan is the Managing Director at TetraMap International, a global organization that values and leverages the natural diversity of individuals, teams, and organizations to solve everyday challenges for the success of people and the planet. With over two decades of experience as a member of the TetraMap team, Duncan strives to build community, ongoing learning, and application, and model the organization's values every day.

Duncan believes that nature is a powerful teacher and a cross-cultural metaphor, and TetraMap's model of Earth, Air, Water, and Fire proves to be simple yet not simplistic. She has worked with many clients and contexts, and the outcome is always the same - unique and refreshing.
