Louise Doherty

Louise Doherty is an experienced executive coach and communications advisor who specializes in supporting purpose-driven founders of companies and nonprofits focused on creating a positive impact on society and the environment.

After running a strategic communication consultancy for five years, Louise went through a transformative journey that involved founding a social planning AI startup, raising £1m for the venture, experiencing burnout, and ultimately redefining her career path. She spent two years rebuilding herself and acquiring the necessary skills to become an executive coach.

Drawing from her firsthand experience of building and rebuilding companies, Louise helps ambitious founders navigate the challenges of scaling their ventures while maintaining their well-being. She is a practitioner of Clarity Coaching, a methodology known for driving significant company valuation growth and has worked with numerous leaders worldwide.

In addition to her coaching work, Louise is the co-founder of Raise: EdTech, a fundraising bootcamp designed for seed stage founders.

Louise Doherty holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Broadcast Journalism from Nottingham Trent University.
