Previously, she held key roles such as Design Director and Creative Director at Wunderman Thompson, showcasing her expertise in design and creative strategy.

Fern's professional history also includes impactful positions such as Creative Director at Wieden + Kennedy, where she contributed to cutting-edge campaigns and creative solutions.

As a socially conscious leader, Fern has founded ventures like Slumdog - Food for all dogkind and The Underdog Club, highlighting her commitment to social causes and creative entrepreneurship.
