Louisa Xu

Louisa Xu is a co-founder of m5x2 Capital, a fully-verticalized real estate investment company focusing on multifamily value-add opportunities.3 She is based in San Francisco and has extensive experience in venture capital and private equity.25

Prior to founding m5x2 Capital, Louisa was a Partner at Institutional Venture Partners (IVP), where she joined in September 2018.1 At IVP, she focused on investing in later-stage, high-growth consumer and enterprise companies, particularly in enterprise infrastructure, security, data analytics, and disruptive consumer-focused companies.1
