Lotte Flick is a Master of Science graduate in Labor, Organization, and Management from Erasmus University Rotterdam. Along with that, she also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from the same university. Her other academic achievements include the completion of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Erasmus University Rotterdam and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Delft University of Technology.
