Lotte Flick

Lotte Flick is a Master of Science graduate in Labor, Organization, and Management from Erasmus University Rotterdam. Along with that, she also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from the same university. Her other academic achievements include the completion of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Erasmus University Rotterdam and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Delft University of Technology. Her expertise in the field of sociology is evident through her experience as a Student Member of Education committee Sociology at Erasmus University Rotterdam.

Her professional career has been focused on human resources management. She started at Inbo as an HR Intern, gaining hands-on experience, and has now grown to become the HR Manager. In between, she worked as an HR Assistant/jr. HR Advisor and an HR Advisor at Inbo. At EY, she acted as the HR Intern, furthering her expertise in the HR domain.
