Sunil Setlur

Sunil Setlur is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in leading and managing human resource functions in some of the most respected companies around the world. He currently holds the position of Chief People Officer (CHRO) at Gojek, where he oversees all aspects of HR management for over 5,000 employees across Southeast Asia.

Before joining Gojek, Sunil worked with Google as Global Head of People & Culture for the APAC Partnerships division, where he led HR initiatives for a team of high-performing professionals across the region. Prior to that, he worked with Amazon as a Senior HR Business Partner responsible for leading HR functions across multiple business lines. He began his career with Accenture, where he held various leadership roles in HR, including leading HR functions for Accenture's Healthcare Management Operations group in the Philippines.

Sunil holds a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Relations, Economics, and Sociology from Bangalore University and a Postgraduate Certificate in Human Capital Management from XLRI Jamshedpur. He is a skilled HR professional with a unique ability to align HR strategies and initiatives with business objectives, resulting in the creation of high-performing teams and a thriving organizational culture.
