Lori Frank

Dr. Lori Frank is a distinguished professional with a PhD in Human Development/Gerontology from Pennsylvania State University and an MA in Biopsychology from The Johns Hopkins University. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Biology with a minor in Psychology from the University of Delaware.
Currently serving as the Senior Vice President for Research, Policy, and Programs at The New York Academy of Medicine, Dr. Frank's work emphasizes incorporating community perspectives in health research and policy to promote health equity.
Dr. Frank has a rich history of involvement in various organizations and positions such as the Personalized Medicine Coalition, the Alzheimer's Foundation of America, and the International Society for Quality of Life Research.
She has also contributed significantly to the field through roles at prestigious institutions like Georgetown University Department of Psychiatry, the National Institute on Aging, and Medimmune LLC/AstraZeneca.
With a background in Health Services Research and Development Program, Dr. Frank's expertise extends to mental health services research and evaluating health outcomes. She completed a Health and Aging Policy Fellowship and played a pivotal role as Program Director of Evaluation and Analysis at the Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI).
