Julia Baller is a knowledgeable professional with a diverse educational background. She earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Health Services Research and Policy from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, where she also served as a Teaching Assistant. Julia also holds a BA in Philosophy-Neuroscience-Psychology and Latin American Studies from Washington University in St. Louis.
Currently, Julia holds the position of Senior Health Researcher at Mathematica, showcasing her expertise in the field. Previously, she has worked as a Consultant at the University of Pittsburgh, a Wendy Klag Scholar at Kennedy Krieger Institute, and a Consultant at the Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene. Julia has also gained experience as a Student Intern at the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services and as a Research Assistant at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
