Locher Grove is a prominent figure in the country music industry, known for revolutionizing the genre by establishing the first country music label specifically focused on supporting and promoting artists of color.

With a strong educational background, Locher completed a BA in Foreign Affairs and a Masters in Public Policy with a concentration in Public Policy Analysis at the University of Virginia, where he also pursued a minor in Religion/Religious Studies.

Throughout his career, Locher has held various key positions in notable organizations. He currently serves as the Co-Founder & Chief Executive at Rosedale Collective. Previously, he worked as an Advisor, Chief of Staff & Business Growth, and Business Operations, Growth, & Strategy Associate at Propper Daley. Additionally, he has experience as a Plans Officer / Resource Analyst at the Central Intelligence Agency, a Prize Developer within the Visioneers Team at XPRIZE, and held internships at TED Conferences and the White House Office of Management and Budget.
