Liz Sullivan

Liz Sullivan is a highly accomplished professional with a strong background in Human Resources.

She holds a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Journalism from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.

Currently, Liz Sullivan serves as the Executive Vice President of Human Resources at T-Mobile, where she oversees strategic HR initiatives.

Prior to her role at T-Mobile, she held several key positions at the company, including Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Total Rewards, and Operations.

Her extensive experience in HR leadership also includes serving as Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for Regions at Providence Health & Services.

Before her tenure at Providence Health, Liz Sullivan was integral to the HR department at Starbucks, where she held various leadership roles such as Vice President, Human Resources, and Director of Corporate Counsel specializing in Employment Law.

Her legal background and expertise in employment law were further honed during her time as a Partner at Davis Wright Tremaine Llp.

With a wealth of experience in both HR management and legal counsel, Liz Sullivan brings a unique perspective to her role, driving organizational success through effective people strategies.
