Lititia Satpathy, MHSA, is a dedicated community advocate and an up-and-coming healthcare leader with a fervent commitment to addressing health equity and access leveraging an operational approach.
Lititia holds a Master of Health Services Administration with a specialization in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the School of Public Health at Michigan. Additionally, she studied Global Public Health/Applied Psychology at New York University for her Bachelor of Science degree.
In her professional journey, Lititia has held various roles such as Management Analyst III and former Project Manager at Mount Sinai Downtown Union Square within the Mount Sinai Health System. She also worked as an Administrative Fellow at Mount Sinai Beth Israel and served as a Hospital Administration Intern in Patient Care Services at the same institution.
Lititia's experience also extends to academic and advocacy positions, including roles as a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Research Associate at the University of Michigan School of Public Health, an Advocate at Health Leads, and a Summer Intern at Move This World. She has contributed to research projects at New York University as a Research Assistant for the Authentic Assessment Project and the Lab on Discrimination, and also served as a Resident Assistant at Lafayette Hall. Furthermore, she has worked as a Summer Research Assistant on the NYU Teacher Instructional Practices and Processes Systems (TIPPS) Project, as well as a Mentor at Strive for College.
