Lisa Vachalek is an experienced analyst in the Client Portfolio Management group with a focus on distilling performance, sustainability, market, and economic data into clear narratives.
She specializes in Global, Non-U.S. Growth discipline, particularly in small caps and sustainability, with additional expertise in emerging markets and large cap strategies, serving as a subject-matter expert in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) topics.
Her work involves conducting research and analysis for global institutional clients, writing commentary, and creating data visualizations for presentations and articles. She keeps abreast of the evolving global regulatory environment, including familiarity with EU Taxonomy, SFDR, TCFD, and UN SDGs.
In her role as an ESG expert, Lisa consults on new client ESG reports for equity and fixed income portfolios, provides end-to-end report and screen development, and helps clients implement stewardship responsibilities by partnering with internal Sustainability Research Team.
She also authors case studies to showcase the integration of ESG in the investment process. On a personal level, Lisa enjoys discussing behavioral economics, sustainable living, gardening, and is a proud mother.
Lisa holds a Master of Business Administration in International Business, a Master of Arts in Latin American Studies, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Business and Spanish. She has also pursued Continuing Education Courses in Business Intelligence.
