Lisa Platt

Dr. Lisa Sundahl-Platt is a distinguished Research Faculty member at the Florida Institute of Built Environment Resilience (FIBER) and serves as an Assistant Professor at the University of Florida College of Design Construction and Planning.

With a diverse background in psychology, interior design, and systems science, Dr. Sundahl-Platt leverages her unique expertise to analyze operations within healthcare and continuing care environments.

Her educational journey includes a BFA in Interior Design from Savannah College of Art and Design, a Doctorate in Systems Science and Theory from Binghamton University, and a Master's Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Kansas State University.

Prior to her current roles, she held key positions such as Managing Partner at UMNSystems LLC, Director of Business and Product Development at Planetree, and Director of Interiors at The CFP Group LLC, showcasing her versatile skill set and extensive experience in various organizations.

Dr. Sundahl-Platt's commitment to research, academia, and practical application through her roles in research, education, and consulting underscores her dedication to advancing the intersection of design, psychology, and systems science.
