Lisa Heft is an international consultant, facilitator, and interactive learning specialist known for using participative, dialogic processes to assist communities, organizations, and individuals communicate effectively, collaborate creatively, and address emerging issues.
With clients on 5 continents, including prominent organizations like GlaxoSmithKline, US State Department, and National Coalition on Dialogue and Deliberation, she specializes in facilitation for retreats, conferences, and community building, fostering understanding across cultures and diverse groups.
Lisa is acclaimed for her expertise in Open Space Technology and other participant-generated dialogue methods, offering resources, tools, and facilitator trainings globally. She is affiliated with the Open Space facilitators' community and has been a Poet Laureate for the group. Lisa is the founder of the Fabulous Facilitators community of practice.
Additionally, she is a Master Level interactive learning specialist, advocating for interactive conference designs that engage participants in dialogue. Lisa's workshops are conducted in English and Spanish depending on the location. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Education from San Francisco State University.
