Liraz Sharabani is a successful entrepreneur and experienced professional in the innovation ecosystem. With her extensive background, she has been able to create, lead and manage venture creation and development consulting services that cater to entrepreneurs, startups, and businesses.

Sharabani has over eight years of experience in various sectors and is committed to creating tailored solutions that match customers' needs with a strategic vision and operating structure. She has worked with over 500 entrepreneurs, collaborated with various accelerators, venture capitalists, mentors, and experts, delivering the necessary skills and knowledge to help entrepreneurs achieve product-market fit and growth.

She is the founder of Boost accelerating people, a venture creation development, and consulting firm that teaches entrepreneurs through the “Learning by Doing” approach. In four years, Sharabani led over 30 entrepreneurial programs and expanded her networking extensively.

Sharabani graduated from The Hebrew University with an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) specializing in managing and investing in new companies, and from The Interdisciplinary Center with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Zell Program graduate.

In addition to being a Director at the Zell Entrepreneurship Program at IDC Herzliya, Sharabani has held positions such as Special Consultant & ISBA Local Manager at Washington University in St. Louis, Head of Academy at Shookit, Lecturer @ Adelson School of Entrepreneurship, Head of Business Module Curriculum Development at MEET - Middle East Education through Technology, and many others.
