Lior Weizman

Lior Weizman is a senior tech and business executive with over two decades of experience leading global innovation programs, strategic partnerships, and business development for large multinationals like SAP, Deloitte, and IBM.12

He currently serves as the VP, Head of SAP.iO Rising Stars at SAP, a role he has held since March 2022.1 In this position, he leads a global team of portfolio development experts focused on securing SAP partnerships with cutting-edge startups.1

Prior to his current role, Weizman was the Director of SAP.iO Foundry Tel-Aviv from December 2019 to March 2022.1 In this position, he worked closely with SAP industry and product groups to identify white spaces, scout globally for suitable early-stage startups to partner with, and run acceleration programs to build joint value propositions.1

Weizman has also held leadership roles at Deloitte and IBM.2 At Deloitte, he served as the Director and Head of Technology Scouting Services in Israel from September 2017 to December 2019, supporting large multinationals in their journey to engage with the Israeli startup ecosystem.1 At IBM, he was the Head of Startup & Developer Ecosystem in Israel from January 2015 to September 2017.2

In addition to his corporate roles, Weizman is an active angel investor and advisory board member for several startups, including Kahoona, Tevet.ai, and saywhatt.2 He is also a frequent public speaker at various technology and innovation conferences around the world.2

Weizman holds a Diploma of Education for Directors and Senior Officers from Tel Aviv University.
