Lindsey Esche

Lindsey Esche embarked on her professional journey in 2008 as the sole member of a MarCom department, which has since expanded significantly. In her role directing the marketing program at a global manufacturing company, she established a unique position focused on training and moderating communication styles across the organization.

Recognizing the vital role of fostering strong interpersonal connections within departments and ensuring a united management team, Lindsey honed her skills in project management, mediation, and moderation. She developed various programs such as feedback collection initiatives for new employees, week-long retreats for management groups, and management circuits for operational dialogues.

Lindsey Esche specializes in corporate culture enhancement, conflict resolution, event moderation, internal relationship-building, fostering innovation, project oversight, and coordinating employee events. Her expertise lies in promoting a cohesive and communicative work environment to support company success.

Lindsey holds a Bachelor's degree in Consumer Affairs from South Dakota State University. Her professional experience includes roles as Marketing & Communications Manager at Wurth Electronics Midcom, Shipping Clerk at Daktronics, and Base Organizer for Former Senator Tom Daschle.
