Lindsey Clemenson

Lindsey Clemenson is a dedicated advocate for creating an inclusive workplace culture that embraces diversity and supports employees regardless of their identities.

With a Bachelor of Arts degree in Holistic Psychology from Lesley University, Lindsey is passionate about promoting mental health and wellbeing in the workplace and strives to destigmatize different abilities, especially non-visible ones like mental health issues and chronic pain.

Lindsey initiated an Employee Resource Group focused on raising awareness and providing education about various abilities, aiming to combat societal biases and promote a more inclusive environment at work.

Having held positions such as Office Manager at Lever, Vicarious Ai, and Truemotion, as well as volunteering at Strongwater Farm Therapeutic Equestrian Center and working as an Assistant General Manager at Teavana, Lindsey has gained valuable experience in office management and volunteer coordination.

Originally from Iowa, Lindsey has lived in several states across the United States, including Missouri, Massachusetts, and Northern California, and enjoys discussing topics like workplace inclusivity, mental health advocacy, and self-advocacy.

Passionate about speaking engagements, Lindsey actively seeks opportunities to address important issues such as mental health in the workplace and navigating conversations around different abilities.
