Lindsay Martin Poss, CMP

Lindsay Poss is an accomplished professional with nearly two decades of experience in nonprofit organizations. Poss has an impressive track record of planning special events and providing membership services for valued constituents. Her expertise includes fund development, marketing, social media, volunteer management, affinity programs, and target market research. Poss studied Public Relations with an emphasis on Event Planning at San Jose State University, and previously worked as an Independent Contractor at Six Degreez and as a Development Associate at Explorit Science Center. Poss is currently the Director of Meetings and Events, and has previously served in multiple roles including Senior Manager of Meetings and Events, Manager of Meetings and Events, Manager of Member Services and Events, and Manager of Member Services for California Society of Association Executives (CalSAE). Prior to working at CalSAE, Poss served as Associate Director of Collegiate Operations at Alpha Phi International Fraternity.
