Linda Shi

Linda Shi is an accomplished attorney and business leader with extensive expertise in digital/technology law, including technology licensing, data privacy, equity and financing deals, IP strategy and protection, advertising and marketing compliance, contract drafting and negotiation, internet technologies, cross border transactions, and commercial litigation. Her broad range of technical experience includes internet advertising, RTB platforms, fintech, financial services, sales performance management (SPM) systems, open source software, user interfaces, mechanical systems and devices, and consumer products. With both law firm and in-house experience, including the roles of General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, Linda has successfully advised international corporations and early-stage startups alike. She is also a cofounder of two design and hardware-based startups established in Philadelphia, demonstrating her passion for innovation and entrepreneurship. Linda earned her Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree in Law from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and holds undergraduate degrees in Mechanical Engineering and English from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey-New Brunswick.
