She has been instrumental in the success of Snowden Lane Partners, a start-up wealth management firm she co-founded, now managing over $7 billion in client assets. Cynthia also played a pivotal role as the Founding Executive Director of the highly acclaimed Harriet Tubman Museum, recognized globally for its innovation and impact.

In addition to her roles in the financial sector, Cynthia has an entrepreneurial spirit, being the Founder & CEO of 5 Perry Street, a forthcoming boutique hotel, and a partner in the iconic Chalfonte Hotel in Cape May, NJ.
