Lily Vanderbloemen is a seasoned professional with a diverse background encompassing community building, operations management, and people development. With a passion for creating connections and fostering community, Lily has transitioned her experiences from leading backpacking trips and organizing events in college to managing large teams and coaching young professionals in the workforce. Currently serving as a People Partner at McMaster-Carr Supply Company, an e-commerce distributor of industrial goods, Lily utilizes the principle of individualization to tailor coaching and development for each team member. Lily's educational achievements include a Bachelor's Degree in American/United States Studies/Civilization from Yale University, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Social Impact and Managing Organizations from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. Not only dedicated to her professional growth, Lily believes in maintaining a healthy work-life balance by participating in sports activities like soccer and long-distance running, as well as engaging in creative endeavors during her downtime.
