Lily Thill is a seasoned professional with a background in Human Resources and a focus on enhancing customer experiences.

Currently holding the position of HRBP - Sr Director for Sales, Ecosystem & Professional Services at Medallia, Lily has had a progressive career within the organization.

With a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Anthropology from UNLV, Lily brings a diverse educational background to her role.

Having served in various capacities at Medallia, including as the Head of HR Operations & HRBP and the Head of People & Culture in EMEA & APAC, Lily has demonstrated her expertise in talent management and organizational development.

Prior to her roles at Medallia, Lily gained experience at Caesars Entertainment Corporation, where she held positions such as Regional VP of Continuous Improvement and Restaurant, Bar & Nightclub Manager.
