Lily Kanter is a seasoned professional with over 29 years of experience in business and technology, currently serving as the CEO of Boon Market and known for co-founding Serena & Lily.

During her impressive career, Lily has occupied key management roles at prestigious companies such as Microsoft, Deloitte & Touche, and IBM, earning recognition for her contributions, including the Chairman's Award from Bill Gates.

An alumna of Arizona State University, Lily holds a BS in Accounting and has further honed her skills by participating in the Executive MBA program at Pepperdine University.

Recognized for her philanthropic endeavors, Lily was featured on the cover of Time Magazine as a 'New Philanthropist' in July 2000, showcasing her dedication to making a positive impact on society.

Lily's entrepreneurial journey began after leaving Microsoft in 2000 to focus on her family and charitable work, leading her to establish a baby-oriented home furnishings business, which eventually evolved into the successful partnership with Serena & Lily.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Lily is a Wexner Heritage Fellow and a Henry Crown Fellow from the Aspen Institute, reflecting her commitment to continuous learning and community engagement.

Based on the big island of Hawaii with her husband and three boys, Lily enjoys spending quality time with her family, traveling to Africa, and playing tennis during her leisure moments.
