Alfredo Vaamonde

Alfredo Vaamonde, South Florida native and entrepreneur, ventured into the world of health tech companies upon returning to Miami in 2015.

Despite facing more failures than successes in his career, Alfredo believes trials are essential for entrepreneurial growth.

His recent project, MissionHires, focuses on aiding fast-growing companies in recruiting mission-driven individuals, stemming from challenges encountered at Papa, another company he helped establish.

Currently, Alfredo enjoys quality time with his family in Madrid while nurturing his passions for travel, cooking, and running.

Alfredo pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management at Universidad Metropolitana and also completed a Diplomado in Mercadeo Farmacéutico at IESA.

His prior roles include being the Co-Founder and CEO at MissionHires, Co-Founder and Board Member at Papa, and CEO and Founder at PRX Control Solutions.
