Liang Hiah is a seasoned professional with a strong background in User-System Interaction and Human Factors & Engineering Psychology.

He holds a Professional Doctorate in Engineering (PDEng.) in User-System Interaction from Eindhoven University of Technology and a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Human Factors & Engineering Psychology from University of Twente.

Liang is currently serving as the Head of Product & UX at Nexure - Powered by Electrolux, where he leads the product and user experience efforts.

Prior to his current role, Liang held the position of User Experience Lead at both Nexure - Powered by Electrolux and H&M, showcasing his expertise in user-centered design and experience.

With a rich professional history, Liang has also worked as an Experiment Designer/UX Researcher at MakerLab NL, User Experience Designer at Baker Hughes and Nedap, and User-System Interaction Designer at TU/e Eindhoven University of Technology.

Furthermore, Liang has gained valuable insights and experience in usability and user experience research through his internship at Philips.

His diverse roles in various organizations reflect his versatile skill set and passion for enhancing user experiences through design and research.
