She has built a successful career advising top companies in tech, media, fashion, and entertainment to find the right real estate deals that help expand their growth. With previous experience in the marketing and sales industry, she brings insight into the right methods for meaningful and effective brand positioning.

Lexi is an active member of Raise Commercial Real Estate as Senior Advisor, where she continues to hone her skills and push for new opportunities for her clients. She has also founded and served the CEO of The Confidence Co, a networking and mentorship platform for women. She previously worked for Savills North America and Avison Young, where she became highly proficient in tenant advisory services and brokerage services. Lexi also worked as a marketing consultant for high-profile companies such as Creative Media Marketing, WunWun, Hi.fi, SWERVE FITNESS. She served as the community manager and first-hire at Grouper and worked for Barracuda Networks in their marketing department. In her free time, she volunteers for various community programs and continues to be passionate about empowering women.
