Lewis Austin

Lewis Austin is a seasoned Senior Executive in the supply chain technology space with a wealth of experience in board-level strategic planning and execution, digitalization, and transformation programs. He is a customer-centric leader with a passion for streamlining processes and enhancing customer experience. Lewis is known for his ability to lead teams and scale operations to ensure international growth. He leverages his deep understanding of sales, service delivery, and his expertise in supply chain technologies to enhance global sales and service functions, retain clients, and create new value propositions.

With a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and East European Studies from UCL, Lewis has held various high-level executive positions at Gartner and SCM World, a Gartner Community. He served in directorial capacities in sales, customer service, and account management, which have all contributed to sharpening his expertise in the applications and technologies of supply chain processes.
