Leslie Wong, Founder & CEO of HelloSME Pte Ltd

Leslie Wong is an accomplished business leader with over 28 years of experience in the information technology industry. He currently serves as the Founder and CEO of HelloSME Pte Ltd, a company he founded in August 2017 with the mission to aggregate the purchasing power of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to help them secure the best prices traditionally accorded to large enterprises.1

Prior to founding HelloSME, Leslie held several leadership positions:

• Regional Sales Director for Asia Pacific at Hewlett-Packard with Enterprise sales responsibility exceeding US$700 million1
• Chief Executive Officer of IQmind.com where he captured 60% of market share in Singapore and expanded to Taiwan and Hong Kong within the first two years1
• Instrumental in raising S$15 million in 3 rounds of funding for IQmind.com from investors like Mr Koh Boon Hwee (former Chairman of SingTel & SIA) and institutions such as Infocomm Development Authority, AsiaTech Venture Fund and National Science & Technology Board1
• General Manager of Absolutely Interactive with an impressive customer clientele including Starwood Hotels, Hewlett Packard, Resorts and the Ministry of Health1

Leslie holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Hawaii at Manoa with a double major in Travel Industry Management and Marketing.1 He is also the Managing Director of Esri South Asia, overseeing the company's business operations in Bangladesh, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Singapore.2

A passionate supporter of his local community, Leslie served as a director on the board of the YMCA of Singapore from 2011 to 2017, and its president from 2017 to 2019.2 He holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology, as well as a Master of Business Administration from London Business School.2
