Leslie Hoffman, a versatile professional, has explored various careers since 1980, transitioning from an Architecture graduate to a carpenter, green builder, nonprofit leader in sustainable technology, and finally to a prominent figure in the cannabis industry since 2015.

Throughout her diverse journey, Hoffman has been a passionate storyteller advocating for change. She is a prolific author with six published books, an event organizer, and an advocate for innovative problem-solving methods. She is known for her focus on technical, practical, and implementable solutions.

Apart from her professional endeavors, Hoffman is also a farmer, sailor, nature enthusiast, and a food lover, reflecting her deep connection to the environment and her diverse interests.

Educationally, Leslie Hoffman studied Architecture and Design at Colorado College, acquiring a solid foundation for her subsequent career pursuits in sustainability and innovation.

Within various organizations, Leslie Hoffman has held key roles that have shaped her professional journey. She is a Co-Founder and former Hemp Farmer at Asheville Hemp Project. Previously, she served as the Communications Director at Harmony Foundation, played a strategic role in communications at LHS, and contributed as a Board Member at Black Oak Wind Farm, LLC. Additionally, she marketed licenses to benefit environmental initiatives at Christo and Jeanne-Claude The Gates Project for Central Park. Hoffman also served as the Executive Director at Earth Pledge, held a Principal position at Fortuna, and was a Partner, Designer, and Carpenter at Nomad Builders. Her experience as a Carpenters' Helper and Carpenter at Yankee Housewrights further enriched her skill set and knowledge in the construction and sustainability sectors.
