Ben Fischer is a seasoned leader with over 15 years of experience in leadership, relationship building, problem solving, communication, and project management. Ben's professional journey has involved management roles in diverse organizations.

He currently works as an Account Manager at Flywheel, where he is responsible for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and managing various aspects of the client lifecycle. Before joining Flywheel, Ben was the Executive Pastor at Waypoint Church, where he provided leadership and oversight for the church's various ministry departments, staff, and volunteers.

Prior to his role as Executive Pastor, Ben served as Worship Pastor and Family Pastor at All Nations Church, Associate Worship Pastor at James River Church, Worship Pastor at Waypoint Church, Collections Specialist at TIBURON FINANCIAL LLC, and Worship Director at Lifegate Church.
