Previously, LeRoy held the position of Marketing Director at Flexifill Bulk Solutions Ltd., where he played a key role in developing their corporate website and enhancing their marketing portfolio.

LeRoy's journey includes a stint in the Marketing Department of DIRTT Environmental Solutions Ltd., where he contributed significantly by redesigning and editing web pages for the company website.

Having ventured beyond his hometown of Calgary, AB, LeRoy co-owned and managed the Mayflower Caffe in Victoria, BC, showcasing his entrepreneurial acumen and operational expertise.
