Leonor Santos

Leonor Santos is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in journalism, entrepreneurship, and human resources development.

Leonor has been actively involved in promoting female entrepreneurship through her role at WomenWinWin, a non-profit organization dedicated to fostering women's entrepreneurship.

Her experience includes coordinating, writing, and editing content for the womenwinwin.com platform, managing social media, and communication tasks on a voluntary basis since 2013.

Before her involvement with WomenWinWin, Leonor worked as a journalist and editor at Grupo Impresa from 1996 to 2013, gaining extensive experience in media and content production.

Additionally, she has a background in consultancy, training, and project management in human resources with Mercuri International from 1992 to 1995, where she tailored actions to meet the needs of both national and international clients.

Leonor also has experience in European social affairs, having worked in the Department for the Affairs of the European Social Fund from 1988 to 1992, where she oversaw training actions and provided advisory services in the Public Relations office.

She pursued her academic studies in International Relations at the Instituto Superior de Ciências Sociais e Políticas - Universidade Técnica de Lisboa, further enhancing her knowledge and skills in this field.
