In addition, I’ve instituted comprehensive processes and workflows that streamline project delivery and foster collaboration among teams.

• Continuously update our roadmap to anticipate and adapt to technological advances and market demands.
• Drive the Rogers Create Lab as an end-to-end product development function, encompassing the entire lifecycle from ideation and market research, through business model canvas creation and market sizing, to development with partners and proof-of-concept delivery, culminating in handing over productized solutions to the business.

Senior Manager Strategic Planning

At the time of my tenure, I was part of Brazil’s largest telecommunications company, serving 95.4 million customers, including 79.8 million mobile service customers. The company was a subsidiary of one of the largest global telecom conglomerates, with a presence in 25 countries and revenues of 13 billion euros. With a comprehensive portfolio of mobile and landline voice services, broadband (FTTH), and TV, we were industry leaders.

Key Achievements:

• Spearheaded the successful expansion of critical strategic projects, supported by in-depth quantitative market models, financial analysis, and feasibility/profitability studies. Delivered key insights that drove strategic decision-making.
• Conducted thorough tracking and analysis of market trends and competitor movements, providing crucial insights for strategy adjustment. Enabled data-driven competitive positioning through diligent market monitoring.
• Facilitated cross-departmental interaction for data collection and alignment, ensuring business vision and engagement were coherent. Worked closely with various teams to obtain research, validate data, and coordinate the overall business vision.
• Crafted and executed compelling executive presentations that effectively communicated business plans and strategic recommendations. These presentations were pivotal in securing executive buy-in for new initiatives.
• Played a critical role in project management for a consumer transparency and post-sale service improvement initiative.
