Leonardo Ferreira

Leonardo Arend Vaz Ferreira is currently working at ChinaInvest Consultoria Empresarial, specializing in import negotiations, sourcing suppliers in China, planning business missions to China, and providing assistance in Brazil-China bilateral issues. He holds an MBA in Foreign Trade Management and International Business from FGV/Porto Alegre and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Centro Universitário La Salle in Canoas, Brazil. With a background in International Relations and Foreign Trade, Leonardo is proficient in English, Spanish, and Mandarin. Having lived in China for 4 years, where he studied Mandarin, Leonardo returned to Brazil to pursue his International Relations degree. He rejoined ChinaInvest Consultoria Empresarial's branch in Shenzhen in 2008 for a year before actively engaging in Business Missions to China, facilitating Brazilian companies' participation in trade fairs and supplier visits. In 2012, he assumed the role of General Manager at the Shenzhen office after 4 years at the Brazilian headquarters. Leonardo's language proficiencies include advanced Mandarin with HSK certification, fluent English and Spanish, and basic French.
