Leonard Pickel

Leonard Pickel is a seasoned professional with over 40 years of expertise in scripting, design, detailing, and project management of Haunted Attractions nationwide and internationally.

With more than 10 years of experience in architectural office settings, Leonard has a background in drafting, job coordination, and designing various structures like hotels, strip centers, car dealerships, and prisons.

He is recognized as an accomplished lecturer, published author, industry historian, and convention organizer in the field.

His specialties include design techniques, sketch perspectives, marker renderings, study and finish models, as well as proficiency in CAD drafting using AutoCAD and diverse building design and construction methods.

Leonard pursued his education by studying Bachelor of Environmental Design in Architecture at Texas A&M University.

Currently, he serves as the Owner, Designer, and Innovator at Hauntrepreneurs(R) Haunted Attraction Design and Consulting through hauntrepreneurs.com.

Previously, Leonard held positions as an Architectural Designer at ITEC Entertainment Corporation, Concept Developer and Partner at True Story of Lizzie Borden Museum, Company Owner at HAuNTcon: Haunted Attraction National Tradeshow and Conference, and Editor at Haunted Attraction Magazine.
