Laura Gates, M.S., PCC

Laura Coach is a highly experienced strategic consultant, ICF PCC executive coach, team facilitator, and trusted advisor to leaders in various industries. She has over 25 years of experience and expertise in leadership development, personal development, culture change, conflict resolution, and innovation. Laura developed the Purpose Initiative, Culture Zone framework, and Genius Field to help leaders harness creativity, innovation, and purpose for breakthrough impact. Her 7-step conflict resolution process has helped teams, co-founders, and board members navigate challenging collaborations.

Laura has a diverse educational background, including a Bachelor of Applied Science in Marketing from Syracuse University and a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from the University of Redlands School of Business. She has worked with Fortune 100 Silicon Valley corporate leaders, start-up founders in tech, bio-tech, blockchain, and space exploration, as well as nonprofits supporting homelessness, women's global issues, and prisons.

Laura is committed to creating inclusive work environments, including BIPOC clients and LGBQTIA leaders. She completed training in Whiteness at Work and White Fragility and has spoken on panels for inclusive leadership with Consciously Unbiased and The Female Quotient. Laura is currently pursuing a Masters in Science in Organizational Leadership with a concentration in Purposeful Leadership to further amplify her impact in the field.
