Engaged in the establishment of novel products utilizing Lean and Agile methodologies.

Within this capacity, my undertakings encompassed:

* Pioneering the development of "Kaplan Labs," a Lean validation studio.
* Instituting a framework to bolster the expansion of Kaplan Labs and its affiliated incubated products.
* Leveraging technology to significantly truncate the Time to Learn for new ventures.

A pivotal facet of my role entailed identifying promising market opportunities predicated on comprehensive scrutiny conducted by our resident entrepreneurs. Upon selection of a target market and validation of pertinent problem sets, it became incumbent upon me to conceive and execute a technically proficient go-to-market strategy that aligned with validation objectives. This strategy, underscored by real-time data analysis, furnished unparalleled insights for in-market product testing.

In cases where products achieved product-market fit, my responsibilities extended to formulating and executing scaling strategies. These strategies aimed to transform nascent MVPs into sustainable, agile, and lean enterprises, renowned for delivering customer-centric products that evoke satisfaction while cultivating a work environment cherished by employees.

In this role my responsibilities included: 

* Contribute to the core GitHub Codebase
* Contribute to internal support tools and infrastructure 
* Maintained and contributed to the evolution of the Gist product. 

In this role, I primarily worked alongside an amazing team of geographically disparate engineers to maintain, innovate and evolve the GitHub platform and suite of related products. Some of my time was devoted to internal tools for support while others was working on items related to the success of gist.

Provide world-class, expert consulting services to our partners with a focus on software craftsmanship, community involvement and continuous improvement.

In this role, I helped drive the growth of a 10 person consulting startup to a world leading consultancy that was acquired at an incredible valuation. I acted as a principle technical consultant and product expert to everything from early stage startups to the fortune 50. I design, architect and led development  teams through the process of rapid application development and delivery at all levels of scale. 

I was responsible for 50+ team members at any given time and often rotated between many active projects, ensuring the quality of our brand's output via process, standards and direct engagement with multiple geographically diverse product teams. In this capacity, I was instrumental in the design of an apprenticeship program that actively promoted the growth of budding engineers in the Columbus, Ohio area. 

I was also the visible face of the brand, speaking and teaching at over 100 international events and conferences. I also contributed to a variety of open source initiatives and promoted the adoption of (f)OSS in the community.
