Provide hands on support for every facet of Project Management to DISA Program Management Office on the AEJV, LLC contract at Fort Meade. In constant communication with Senior Level Management and Project Managers. Train Project Managers on new project management software (EPPM and MS Project) and best practices. Assist in creating metrics and guidelines for projects, as well as creating the associated documentation. Created and programmed tools in Excel to aid in data extraction and reporting monitor, optimize and track project performance. Create, maintain and design SharePoint sites and integrate with the Windows Office Suite of tools.

Also part of the Project Manager Handbook working group, responsible for identifying shortcomings in the execution of the project management process, create supporting processes as needed, and update the handbook accordingly.
