Leesa Soulodre

Leesa Soulodre is the Founder of R3i Group and the Managing Partner of R3i Capital, a deep-tech cross-border venture capital firm with a focus on artificial intelligence and sustainable development.

With over two decades of experience in innovation, technology, and strategy consulting, Leesa is known for providing strategic guidance to numerous multinational corporations and startups across 19 sectors globally.

Leesa has a strong track record of leading companies from the seed stage to $14 billion USD, driving market expansion, and securing over $270 million in capital for her portfolio companies. Her expertise spans across various areas including smart cities, cybersecurity, medtech and healthcare, and artificial intelligence.

Apart from her corporate roles, Leesa serves as an Adjunct Faculty Member at multiple esteemed institutions including SMU Cox Business School, Singapore Management University, and IE Business School. She is also a member of the advisory board for The AI Asia Pacific Institute and holds Board positions at several of her portfolio companies including Viewmind, Stratificare, and Meracle Health.

Leesa holds a Global Executive MBA from TRIUM (NYU Stern, HEC Paris, and LSE) and a Masters in Management (Marketing) from the University of Southern Queensland. She has also pursued various educational programs on topics ranging from countering violent extremism to sustainability management at reputable institutions like Harvard University and Stanford University.
