Lee Wilmoth is a skilled and experienced learning and development professional with over nine years of experience in facilitation, human-centered design, and workplace learning strategy. She has a Master's Degree in Postsecondary, Adult and Continuing Education from Portland State University and a B.A. in Art History from Western Michigan University.
Lee's expertise lies in designing and facilitating engaging learning experiences that facilitate culture change, employee engagement, performance, retention, and customer experience. She has a strong equitable education lens and leverages adult learning and human-centered design methodologies for customized learning experiences. She has experience with MURAL, Miro, and Camtasia video editing software.
She is the founder and learning strategist at Learn & Work and has worked as an instructional facilitator at LUMA Institute and a learning consultant at Cambia Health Solutions. She has also worked at Edify, where she served as a Learning and Development Strategist, Conflict Management Trainer, Manager Development Trainer, Learning Designer, and Program Manager. Furthermore, she also worked at Oregon College of Art and Craft and Linfield College as a Director of Student Services and Instructor, and an Academic Advisor and Instructor. Lee's experience in studio management and operations as a Studio Associate & Operations Coordinator at Context Partners is also noteworthy.
