Patrick E. Sharbaugh is a design thinking expert, educator, and strategic design consultant who helps organizations around the world establish and maintain a culture of human-centered design. With a master's degree in journalism and mass communications from the University of South Carolina-Columbia, Sharbaugh has extensive experience in the fields of design, communications, marketing, and education. He is a Senior Program Director at LUMA Institute, a leading global provider of a design thinking system, courses, and software specializing in helping companies become more agile, collaborative, and innovative. He provides high-quality experiences for clients such as Accenture Global, Netflix, Starbucks, Microsoft, Standard Chartered, Prudential, Owens Corning, Fannie Mae, Allstate, Fifth Third Bank, and more. He is also a lecturer in RMIT University's Executive MBA program, teaching Design Thinking for Business.
