Leandro Henflen is a self-taught entrepreneur with a strong passion for design, technology, and entrepreneurship, boasting over nineteen years of experience in developing mobile and cloud-based applications for a diverse range of clients including Human Rights Organizations, Government agencies, Fortune 500 companies, Silicon Valley startups, and his own ventures.

Throughout his career, Leandro has launched numerous startups both in Argentina and Silicon Valley, including co-founding the innovation lab Tangelo, Inc. in 2007 where he collaborated with notable companies like Intuit, Intel, as well as startups such as Kapture, GiropticIO, LatinLife, and more.

In 2012, he co-founded Interesante, Inc., a platform utilized by approximately 300 hotels in Mexico to enhance guest experiences with content and services, attracting around 3.5 million visitors. His startup was selected to participate in the prestigious Manos Accelerator program in San Jose, California, in partnership with Google for Entrepreneurs.

Leandro's expertise spans various domains including Design Thinking, Design Sprint facilitation, Growth Hacking strategies, Digital Product Design, and Project Management. He excels in tasks such as Business Plan Design, UX Interviews, Product Validation, Conversion Funnels, Lead Generation, Prototype development, Team Leadership, Agile Methodologies, Sales and Business Planning, and Quality Assurance.

His educational background includes completing a certificate program in Electronic Commerce at Universidad Nacional de Rosario, graduating from the Founder Institute's Startup Program, and studying Chemical Engineering at Universidad Nacional de Río Cuarto.

Throughout his career, Leandro held key roles in organizations like Digitalpal LLC as the Vice President of Product Management, served as a Product Manager at Henflen, acted as a Business Mentor at the Secretaría de Emprendedores y PyMEs del Ministerio de Producción de la Nación, and various other positions such as Founder, Co-Founder, General Manager, and Chapter Director in different ventures and organizations.
