Throughout his professional career, Leander has held roles ranging from Co-Founder & Product/Technology at Floy, Data Engineer at confluentes e. V., BI Engineer at Zeitgold, to Product Manager at etventure, showcasing his diverse skill set and adaptability.

He is also known for his contributions as the Co-Founder & General Manager of Business meets Tech at WHU, Founding Partner at Charger Hero, Inc., and Founder & Managing Director of BONDO Commerce GmbH, demonstrating his entrepreneurial acumen and leadership abilities.
