Leah Roe, CPA, CPCC, PCC

Leah Roe is a certified life and leadership coach, company culture consultant, and remote work guru based in Madison. She studied accounting at DePaul University before launching her career in finance as a senior audit associate at RSM US LLP. She later worked as a financial consultant at Fine Point Consulting, LLC, and served as VP of finance, operations, people, and culture at healthfinch. She is a co-founder of MAVAN and the former founder of Culture Community. Today, she works as a coach and consultant at The Perk, where she helps individuals and organizations improve their leadership skills and build positive cultures. Roe is passionate about community-focused leadership, people development, and culture innovation.
