As a founding team member of Cronos Israel, an Innovative Global Cannabinoid Company, I am a trusted advisor and business partner to the CEO and executive team.  Within 12 months, I successfully recruited and onboarded the entire company staff, maintaining high retention rates. In addition, I established HR projects to improve organizational performance, on-boarding, personnel training, internal mobility, employee experience and engagement. I worked closely with management to implement innovative methods for attracting best-fit talent, inspiring ongoing effective succession planning, and for building corporate vision and strategy.

As a founding team member of Siklu, I was responsible for the recruitment and onboarding  of employees, in Israel and globally.  Overseeing all aspects of HR operations, I managed employee on- and offboarding, staff compensation and benefits, performance reviews, and relocations and transfers.  In addition, I ensured legal requirements were followed, risks to the company reduced and, prioritized a constructive working environment and culture.

As a founding team member of Enure, it was my responsibility to source, and recruit company employees, both in Israel as well as overseas. Advising on HR strategy and implementing initiatives , I partnered with business managers across the company to ensure HR best practices, resolve employee relations issues, assess, and reduce risks.

Envara, a start-up developer of wireless networking chipset solutions, went through a merger and acquisition with Intel in 2004. I took the lead responsibility in managing the HR within the organization through all the stages of the merger and succeeded in effectively transitioning and retaining a high percentage of Envara employees into Intel.
