Leah Everist is a highly accomplished professional with a strong background in public health, disaster risk management, and behavioral insights.
She graduated with a Bachelor's of Science in Public Health (BSPH), specializing in Health Policy and Management, with Highest Distinction and Summa Cum Laude honors from UNC Gillings School of Global Public Health.
Leah has a diverse professional experience, having worked in various capacities at reputable organizations. She currently serves as an Associate Advisor at The Behavioural Insights Team.
Her previous roles include Disaster Risk Management lead at PHASE Nepal, Researcher for Hurricane Maria Disaster Response at UNC Gillings School of Global Public Health, Instructor in Behavioral Economics and Emotional Science at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and Business Development at Maven Clinic.
